If your email accounts are established through Northnet Media, these are the email settings you should use.
If your email is managed by Office 365 or GSuite or other company, you will need to contact them for email settings.
POP vs IMAP
POP3 and IMAP are two different protocols (methods) used to access email from our server. POP3 downloads your email to a single device while IMAP allows you to keep your emails in the cloud for access from multiple devices. IMAP is the most common, and preferred option, as it allows you to “sync” your devices.

IMAP Settings (recommended)
Secure Incoming Mail Server: ws08.servername.online (port 993)
Secure Outgoing Mail Server: ws08.servername.online (465 SSL)
SMTP Auth and Secure
SMTP Auth is required
Security: Enabled SSL/TLS (If your client doesn’t support direct SSL/TLS connections try STARTTLS)
